Adult Plan (Ages 13+)

Example Family: Two adults, two kids
A household including two adults and two kids would equate to a savings of $1,173, and includes two cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, and all necessary x-rays for one year for each family member. The first adult would be $415, and $100 for each additional family member for a total of $715 per year.
*Dependents must be living at home, under 24 years old, and single.
**The discounted fee will be lower if all patients are children and higher if the patient has a history of gum disease and requires more frequent cleanings.
